When Art became part of the Landscape Chapter I

When Art became part of the Lansdscape. Chapter I is the project conceived by Evgeny Antufiev for the Salinas Archaeological Museum of Palermo and has been included among Manifesta 12 Collateral Events. 

Evgeny Antufiev's works pervade the interstices of the Salinas Archaeological Museum of Palermo; they anchor themselves to symbolic iconography of archaic cultures generating assonances between different worlds and eras. They evoke ancient discoveries that appear as a "gift" found in the landscape becoming part of nature itself.
On this occasion, the artist has conceived an artist's book, edited by Silvana Editoriale, with critic texts, amongst the others, by Marina Dacci.
