Internationally renowned artist Alfredo Pirri will transform the Palazzo’s spaces into a unique journey of immersive installations, light, and memory.
The exhibition is curated by Lorenzo Balbi and Silvia Evangelisti and is part of ART CITY Bologna 2025, held on the occasion of ARTEFIERA.
Alfredo Pirri. Ritratto di Palazzo is not just an exhibition, but a dialogue between works, people, ghosts of the past, and shadows of the future. It is an unmissable opportunity to rediscover the Palazzo in a new light and to experience an artistic journey that challenges the boundaries of time, space, and perception.
After Michelangelo Pistoletto, Marino Marini, Aldo Mondino, and Mimmo Paladino, Palazzo Boncompagni once again hosts a major contemporary artist, showcasing his works within the splendid 16th century spaces of the Palazzo, which was once the residence of Pope Gregory XIII.
