z2o Sara Zanin is happy to announce that Nazzarena Poli Maramotti is among the finalists of Premio Lissone 2023.
From May 13 to September 17, 2023 ther MAC Museum of Contemporary Art in Lissone presents the Lissone Prize according to a renewed structure, conceived by MAC artistic director Francesca Guerisoli, which sees the production of a project composed by four exhibitions curated by Lucrezia Longobardi, Gabi Scardi, Noah Stolz and Saverio Verini. Based on a concept, each curator selected five proposals, for a total of twenty artists invited to the Lissone Prize 2023: Ludovica Anversa, Sonia Arienta, Marion Baruch, Andrea Barzaghi, Simone Berti, Martina Biolo, Linda Carrara, Simona Da Pozzo, Marco Eusepi, Alice Faloretti, Pietro Librizzi, Eva Marisaldi, Lucas Memmola, Isabella Pers, Tiziana Pers, Nazzarena Poli Maramotti, Giulio Saverio Rossi, Andrea Sala, Alessandra Spranzi, Andreas Zampella.
The exhibition is divided into two chapters: the Grand Prize Section, with the exhibitions "Painting as Design Practice" and "Things Happening", the former curated by Gabi Scardi and the latter by Noah Stolz, and the "New Visions Section", with the exhibitions "Views, Visions, Chasms and Sonata #023", curated by respectively by Saverio Verini and Lucrezia Longobardi.
