Nashira Gallery and z2o Sara Zanin are pleased to announce the opening of Mariella Bettineschi's solo exhibition, L'era successiva e altri racconti, hosted in the spaces of Nashira Gallery in Via Vincenzo Monti 21 in Milan. The result of the collaboration between the two galleries opens the Incroci format, a project born from the desire to give life to a comparison between Italian and international artistic and cultural realities.

 

Following the solo exhibition L'era successiva e altri racconti at z2o Sara Zanin - a non-chronological path through the varied phases of her research- the artist presents in Milan a large body of works ranging from the 1980s to the present days. The exhibition starts from the series L'era successiva (2008 - on going) published in a catalog for Electa in 2019 and protagonist, in 2022, of Dior's a/w cruise - arriving, in a backward path marked by the chronological discontinuities that the artist has always corroborated in her research, to lap the production of the 1980s with the Morbidi, Piumari and Erme, passing through the series of Appunti (1994) and the embroideries Nuovi racconti (2020), to arrive to the unpublished series of Madre (2018) and the most recent works, dated 2022.
